In france they have ladies that sit in the bathroom, like an attendant, but she doesn't have hair spray, 99 cent store lotion and blow pops. You give her a tip if the bathroom is free, but if it's not you dont have to . (I think..oops..) Anyway.They call her madam pipi.awesome.
